Tavern Light

 I took this shot in a tavern in Rothenburg ob de tauber.  It was extremely late and after taking the Nightwatchman's tour. I had hoped to capture a little of the local color of the bar and the "woodsiness" of the surroundings.  The shot was designed to be simple and carry as few elements as possible.  Thinking primarily behind this is  its more about mood than information.   This is why I kept with the dark exposure and simpleness of composition.  Careful attention was down to show some of the detail and keep things sharp even in low light.  The  Hopefully  you can smell the candle smoke and imagine the taste of a little bit of brew in your belly while you look at this.
