Pocket Treasures

I wanted to use some side lighting to create shadows and again play with textures a bit. This came off a bit better than my earlier experiment in that the subject was isolated and most of the items are quite sharp. I think the thin patina of dust was a nice effect to the image. While not quite the win for excitement I think this was a valid test. I was balancing a light and trying to hold the camera steady. I think I will need to spend a little more time in the prep department and I might be able to create something more interesting.
